The 'Be Your Own Superhero' Project was created for three reasons:
To showcase females on the Spectrum, of all ages, and their abilities, talents, gifts and superpowers.
To provide an empowering, positive and strengths-based movement for females on the Spectrum.
To provide AspienGirls and AspienWomen with a chance to meet others like them for friendship, penpals and/or support.
